VitaZAlert is not a certified medical device. It does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease. Signals are provided for awareness and to prompt conversations with qualified clinicians or emergency services when appropriate.
You agree not to misuse alerting channels, not to attempt to re-identify anonymised cohort exports, and to keep credentials for partner dashboards confidential. Insurers remain responsible for member communications that occur outside the VitaZAlert application boundary.
